Not at all! As long as our technicians have safe access to your hot tub and any necessary water hookups, we can perform the full service while you're at work or out for the day. We'll always email a detailed service report afterward.
Our technicians will immediately document the issue with photos and a description. We will contact you with a clear explanation of the problem and a detailed quote for the repair. No repair work is ever done without your explicit approval.
Our packages are billed monthly to a credit card on file. Your first payment is processed when you sign up, and subsequent payments are automatically charged on the same day each month for your convenience.
