This flat-rate fee covers the essentials to get your problem diagnosed and addressed:

  • Priority Dispatch: We'll schedule your appointment promptly to get you back up and running.
  • Travel to Your Location: The service fee includes the technician's travel time to your home in our service area.
  • Up to One Hour of On-Site Expert Service: This includes:
    • Professional Diagnosis: Our technician will troubleshoot the specific issue you've reported.
    • On-the-Spot Repairs: If the issue can be fixed within the hour using standard truck-stock parts, we will complete the repair. The cost of any parts required is extra and will be quoted before installation.
    • A Clear Quote: If the repair requires a special-order part or more extensive labor, you will receive a firm, itemized quote for the full repair.
